The CDA website was recently upgraded to include new features such as message boards, opt in mailing lists, and more advanced dealership search options. We have attempted to minimize any inconvenience caused by this upgrade, unfortunately some users may be adversely affected.
Previously, the CDA website used a single user id and password for an entire dealership. In order to provide new advanced features such as message boards and opt in email lists, these old, shared logins are no longer valid. You may continue to use the existing password for your dealership's account, however instead of the old CDA User ID, we now ask that you further identify yourself using one of the following options. You may either login using your email address and password, or you may login using your full name and password.
The vast majority of users are already in our system, and should experience no problems with accessing their new account. If you receive a message saying the system can not find an account associated with your email address, or your name, your information may not be in the system. If you are an existing CDA member and are having this problem, generally you may contact the Owner/Principal of your dealership, who can lookup your account details, or add a new account if necessary. If this is not possible, or you continue to have problems please click here to request a new account, or account assistance.
